Description

The Arcane Pool was created as Bayle Fyppin, the Dread amassed a collection of magical items. The concentrated arcane energy of the items transformed their magical power into a liquid. Magical items placed in the pool become liquid as well, adding to the pools power.

Known powers and properties

• Teleportation: The pool allows those that enter it to teleport anywhere that the user has previously visited. It appears that the pool can also be transported along with its user.
• Increasing Power: It is said that Bayle Fyppin, the Dread bathes in the pool to grant himself more magical power, though how much is uncertain.
• Storage: Items placed inside the pool and liquified can be returned to their original shape if so desired by its owner
