A homeless man wearing cheap rags covering his severe electrical burns caused by draconic lightning. He is often seen wearing a hat and covering his face with bandages. You can often smell him before you see him. Something also appears to be keeping him young - perhaps his drive to kill Bayle, or something else.

He has a severe hatred of all things Dragon. He especially hates Bayle Fyppin, the Dread and is determined to hunt him down and kill him.
